These terms describe the basic rules for using POLDUX. The service operator should complete the legal-entity and jurisdiction details and obtain a qualified legal review before treating this page as a final contract.
1. The service
POLDUX helps businesses organize invoice information, prepare follow-up reminders, and, where configured, process incoming customer replies. Features may change as the service is developed. Availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
Use POLDUX only for lawful business purposes. Do not use it to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, unsolicited, or abusive messages, to upload data you have no right to use, to interfere with the service, or to attempt unauthorized access.
3. Your data and permissions
You retain responsibility for the invoice and customer data you enter, import, or send. You confirm that you have an appropriate lawful basis and any required permissions to store customer information and contact recipients. You are responsible for reviewing invoice details, email recipients, and message content before sending.
4. AI output and payment status
AI-generated reminders, summaries, and reply classifications may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misclassified. Review AI output before using it. A customer reply labelled “Paid” is not proof of cleared funds; you must verify payment independently. POLDUX does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice and does not guarantee collection of any debt.
5. Email delivery
Email delivery depends on third-party providers, recipient systems, DNS configuration, and spam filters. POLDUX cannot guarantee delivery, reading, or a customer response. You are responsible for ensuring your messages comply with applicable privacy, marketing, debt-collection, and electronic communications laws.
6. Plans and billing
The current service includes a free plan. Paid plan prices may be displayed for planning purposes, but paid checkout and subscription billing are not currently enabled. Do not treat a displayed future plan price as a purchase or an active subscription. If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing interval, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown at checkout will apply before you subscribe.
7. Availability, suspension, and liability
We may limit or suspend access where reasonably needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, POLDUX is provided “as is” and without guarantees that the service will be error-free or meet every business need. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
